Is My Brand On AI is a service for independent Shopify brands from Nordeste Digital LLC. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the questions your customers ask, show you who they recommend instead of you, and work with you on the fixes. Software does the asking. A person reviews every finding and every report.
Why this exists
Many shoppers now start with a question to an assistant instead of a search: what’s the best skillet, which dog crate is escape-proof, what’s a good gift for a coffee nerd. The assistant answers with a few products and the sources it trusts.
Shopify already shares eligible stores’ products with the major AI assistants, so being listed isn’t the hard part. Being recommended is. In our pilot, seven of sixteen Shopify brands were named in fewer than half of the answers in their own category. When we asked about two of them by name, the same assistants rated them well.
Independent brands lose those answers to the big names and to whoever the review sites happen to cover. That can be fixed, slowly and honestly, and that’s the job.
How we work
Software does the legwork. A person makes the calls.
We ask the way shoppers do
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude your customers’ questions with web search on, the way shoppers use them, and save every answer in full.
Brandon drafts the findings
Brandon is our AI analyst: software, not a person. It reads every answer and drafts what it found: who was recommended, which websites the assistant relied on, and anything it got wrong about you.
Tara reviews and edits everything
Nothing reaches you without a person checking it. Tara verifies each finding against the saved answers, cuts what doesn’t hold up, decides what to fix first, and writes the report. Every recommendation shows its evidence, so you can check it too.

- No fake reviews. They’re also illegal under FTC rules.
- No sockpuppet posts in forums or communities.
- No hidden text or instructions on your site aimed at AI systems.
- No promises that you’ll be recommended.
