Is My Brand On AI is a service of Nordeste Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers ismybrandon.ai and the client app at app.ismybrandon.ai. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a snapshot or contact us: your email address and your store’s web address, plus your name and a message if you choose to give them.
When you use the app: your email address and name, the sign-in links we email you, a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and when you last signed in.
When you’re a client: information about your store and products, any access you give us (for example, a Shopify collaborator account), and the reports and recommendations we produce for you.
Technical data: our hosting and security provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and block abuse. We also limit how often one IP address can request snapshots.

What we don’t collect

We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. We don’t collect or store payment card numbers. If you pay us, our payment processor handles card details.

How we use it

To produce and send your snapshot and reports.
To sign you in to the app and keep your account secure.
To reply to you and to run, maintain and improve the service.

We email you about your snapshot, your reports and your account. We don’t add you to a newsletter, and we don’t sell or rent your personal information.

AI providers

To measure AI visibility, we send questions about your product category and products to AI providers (currently OpenAI, Google and Anthropic) and store their answers. We build those questions from public information about your store. We don’t send your personal information to them.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Is My Brand On AI, and only what they need: hosting and security (Cloudflare), a transactional email provider for sign-in links and reports, the AI providers above, and a payment processor if you pay us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. The app at app.ismybrandon.ai sets one session cookie when you sign in, which ends when you sign out or when it expires.

How long we keep it

We keep snapshot requests for up to 24 months, and client data for the length of our work together plus up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. We’ll answer within 30 days. If you live somewhere that gives you additional privacy rights, such as California, we’ll honor them.

Security

The site and app are served over HTTPS only. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Access to client data is limited to the people doing your work.

Children

Is My Brand On AI is a business service and isn’t directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If a change materially affects clients, we’ll tell them by email first.
