Terms of service

Is My Brand On AI is a service of Nordeste Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). By using ismybrandon.ai, requesting a snapshot or using the app at app.ismybrandon.ai, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We ask AI assistants the questions shoppers ask about your product category, report on how they answer, and, if you hire us, recommend and make changes meant to improve how your brand appears. AI assistants are third-party products that we don’t control.
The free snapshot
The snapshot is free and creates no obligation. It reflects the answers the assistants gave when we asked, and answers vary from one run to the next. It’s information, not a promise about future answers.
Paid plans
- Paid work is described in an order or invoice that refers to these terms. If the two conflict, the order wins.
- Monthly plans start with a 90-day initial term, then renew month to month until either of us cancels before the next billing period.
- Prices are on our pricing page or your order. The baseline audit fee is credited to your first month if you continue.
- Any founding-client discount and its conditions are written into your order.
What we guarantee, and what we don’t
We guarantee the deliverables we agree on: the measurements, reports, fixes, content and outreach in your plan. We don’t guarantee that any assistant will mention, rank or recommend your products, or any change in traffic or sales, because nobody outside the AI companies controls their training data, personalization or ranking.
How we work
We won’t write fake reviews, post as fake customers, hide text or instructions aimed at AI systems, or misrepresent your products, and we’ll decline requests to do any of these.
Your part
- You confirm you’re authorized to act for the store and to give us any access you grant.
- You review and approve changes before they go live, unless your plan says we apply approved changes for you.
- You give us accurate information about your products, prices and policies.
Accounts
Sign-in links are emailed to you and are for you alone. Keep your email account secure. We may suspend access that’s being used to abuse the service.
Ownership and confidentiality
You own your store’s content and data. We own our tools and methods. The reports and recommendations we deliver are yours to use for your business. We keep your non-public store data and reports confidential. We may use aggregated findings that don’t identify you to improve the service and describe our results; we’ll name you or publish a case study only with your permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. AI answers can be wrong, and we report them as we find them. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using the free parts of the service at any time. Paid plans end as described in your order and above. We can end service if these terms are seriously breached, after telling you and giving you a reasonable chance to fix it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; for clients, material changes take effect only after we’ve told you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
